The story
Built by a chess obsessive, for chess obsessives
I’m Eddy— an engineer and lifelong chess player. After years of clicking “analyze” and getting a wall of engine lines that told me what went wrong but never why I keep doing it, I got fed up.
I didn’t need another engine. I needed a coach who’d watched all my games and could say, “You keep collapsing in the middlegame under time pressure — fix that.” So I built Phiamos to do exactly that: analyze the player, not just the game.
